After developing its corporate brand visual identity, the bluemarble's online application and web presence was created where travellers can enjoy the firm's offerings. A recruitment campaign was then launched using digital channels that leads to the firm's app and online presence.
A loyalty program wherein frequent customers are rewarded with a free hotel accommodation after 9 trips booked through bluemarble. In-app bundle deals are available and consumable travel cards are discounted when used for purchase.
