I’d describe my leadership style as collaborative, empowering, and people-first. I believe in giving the team clear direction and purpose—but not micromanaging. I trust people to own their work, and I give them the space and accountability to make decisions and grow as an employee.

One of the ways I support team development is by encouraging T-shaping sessions and regular knowledge-sharing, so we’re not just working in silos but learning from each other. I’ve found this not only strengthens the team’s skills, but also improves collaboration and resilience.

Culture is just as important to me as delivery. I make it a point to create a healthy, open, and motivating environment where people feel supported—not drained. I always say, if people are dragging themselves to work on Mondays, something's off.

I want the team to feel energized by what we’re building and connected to why it matters.
