I’d love to rejoin Ericsson because I already have a strong foundation within the organization. During my time as a design consultant for four teams in the supply department, I not only became deeply familiar with Ericsson’s brand guidelines and EDS—I also built lasting relationships with product owners, developers, and fellow designers across teams.
 

That familiarity means I can hit the ground running. I know Ericssons' way of working, I understand its design language, which means less ramp-up time and more immediate impact—whether it’s improving team workflows, refining interfaces, or scaling better customer experiences.
 

During my time at Ericsson, I received some measure of success, several praises and commendations for my contributions, which strengthened my connection to the teams and the culture. It showed me that my collaborative, user-focused approach delivers real impact here—making this role a natural fit and an exciting next step.

What makes me a strong fit is my ability to navigate both the creative and the strategic sides of CX. I bring over 30 years of design experience across five countries and industries—from fintech to telecom to entertainment. I’m confident working across functions, aligning business goals with user needs, and leading design with both empathy and clarity.
