I believe in embedding continuous feedback loops into the product lifecycle. That means conducting regular user interviews, synthesizing insights into actionable themes, and sharing those directly with the team, stakeholders and everyone involved.

I also advocate for early validation of new ideas through rapid prototyping and co-design sessions, a process I undergo extensively in my day-to-day operations.

I would also tap into existing support, operations, and partner feedback channels to bring in a 360° view of the end-user requirements and needs. The goal is to translate user needs into measurable product outcomes.
