For example, with product managers and product owners, I align on priorities early through shared discovery.
With engineering, operations and support, I close the loop between what's being built and what customers are struggling with.
I also push for shared rituals—like joint retros, sprint reviews or roadmap syncs—to maintain alignment.
I can also involve sales, marketing and branding, if need be, to explore different touchpoint options and brand guidelines to make sure that the brand is represented well in the product.
All in all, the idea is to make the left hand know what the right hand is doing.
