Accessibility is non-negotiable for me — it’s part of good design, not an add-on. I make sure it’s considered from the start: clear contrast, proper hierarchy, keyboard and screen-reader support, and inclusive language. I also push for testing with real users when possible, because accessibility isn’t just compliance — it’s about making sure everyone can use the product confidently.
